01Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Vandana Boutique, and “you” means the person using the website or buying from us.

02Eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate and current information, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

04Products and information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in fabric, print or finish can occur. Please check the size details and product description before ordering. Product availability may change without notice.

05Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We may change prices and offers at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
• If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid.
• Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to use only payment methods that you are authorised to use.

06Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email or message confirming your order does not by itself mean we have accepted it; a contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because an item is out of stock, an address cannot be served, payment fails, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

07Delivery

We ship through trusted courier partners. Delivery areas, timelines, charges and other details are set out in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

08Cancellations, returns and refunds

If you wish to cancel an order, or if you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@vandanabotique.com as soon as possible. Whether an item can be cancelled, returned or exchanged depends on its condition and the terms shown on the product page or at checkout. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, and the time taken to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

09Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the name and logo of Vandana Boutique, text, photographs, graphics and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use our content for any other purpose without our written permission.
